There are the hills and rivers - the Ord River , the Franklin River and the Osmond Creek. My country includes Purnululu (Bungle Bungles) which is now the Purnululu National Park.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThere are a lot of waterholes in this place. There are different types. Where the Ord and Franklin rivers meet up there are waterholes that go dry and refill during the wet season. There are two important places there, one is called Blue Hole and the other is Jarlminyji. Not far from Franklin River and there is another rock hole located.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThere are also many freshwater springs which have water in them year-round. That's living water.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOne of our old people, Sam Butters built an outstation on Bungle Bungle Station at a place called Kawurra. There was a windmill and tank and about six huts and two toilet and shower blocks. They had a school there called Purnululu School.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eNot far away there is a place called Kayirriwarriny. it is a beautiful place, there is living water there. We go camping and fishing there.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIn the early days you couldn't go into other peoples' countries. You had to be invited or let them know you were there.
