Kalkarindji is country for my family. We connect to the dreamtime stories in those hills and waterholes.

I paint the landscape as you see it and also as I see it. 

The landscape is represented old way and new way - dot and mark, same way our old people told stories by making marks in the sand. I learnt this from our old people who also painted.

Sometimes I also paint landscape as you see it - so its the same place, but two ways - old and new.
