Freight Charges

$20 minimum on all domestic orders. Shipping fee for international orders depends on the type and quantity of the items purchased.

Delivery Methods

All artworks are sent via Australia Post unless other delivery arrangements are made with the art centre.  Delivery options are very limited from Halls Creek and Australia Post is by far the most reliable option.

Every effort is made to dispatch artworks as quickly as possible, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please keep in mind that you are purchasing something from a very remote community. Minimum delivery time is one week after the item has been posted.

Artworks are dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

Money Back Guarantee

It is very important to us that that your artwork arrives undamaged. If not, we will fully refund the purchase price of the artwork, minus the postage costs.

In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged in transit, you must notify the art centre within 10 days of receiving it. You need only pay the cost of returning the painting to the art centre. The artwork must be returned with all accompanying documentation for the guarantee to apply.
