Graham is both Jaru and Gija, but lives and works on his Jaru Country at Lunja (Red Hill).

He grew up in Halls Creek and as an adult is passionate about both painting and working in service of his people.

 He spent quite a few years working at the local Red Hill School and now currently works for the local Aboriginal Health provider.

He taught himself at a young age to paint. He would sit down with his Father and Uncle to help them with their paintings.

Graham loves to paint the Kimberley landscape with its red ground and native animals. He goes out on country and looks for inspiration.  He looks for places that feel right in his heart.
