As a young indigenous man, Moses is interested in the cultural connections that exist in popular culture and the way that many young aboriginal people are influenced by creative people of colour all around the world. Tupak is one such influence and these words he expresses a very real everyday struggle.
Moses is also interested in the way that graffiti art is like a modern-day cave painting of sorts – although seen as undesirable for some, graffiti art captures important modern cultural stories – just as rock art once did.
